My Opinion
First off, I have to say I was entertained by the quirky ‘humanised Medieval cats’ theme of this online slot. The soundtrack reflected the tension of cats defending a castle in a way that immersed me in the game.
How the Base Game Feels
I never knew when the Fury Reels with Feline Wilds would pop up. This added an element of excitement and surprise to the game. I’ve always been a fan of such features, ever since Thunderstruck 2 and Immortal Romance.
Best Feature: The Random Fire Reels
I liked how they were done. The visual transitions were engaging and reminded me of 9 Masks of Fire slot. They triggered every third or fourth spin as flaming arrows burrowed their metal heads into the chosen reels, which then lit up in fire. Most often, the game rewarded me with wilds, which expanded to the whole reel. If I happened to have two or three such occurrences, I could pocket wins in the tens of dollars with a $2 bet — $123 once.
The Free Spins Round
Three chalices were a bit hard to land, but once I did, I got to play a retriggerable free spins round. I must say, I found Feline Fury FS round more easily retriggered than Release the Kraken slot, but wins were smaller, logically.
Other Slots Like the Feline Fury Slot Machine
There are other video slots with a cat theme if that’s your thing — Lucky Fortune Cat slot from Habanero and Tigers Gold Hold and Win slot from Booongo, to name a few. Another path you can take is to play games with expanding wilds. For example, you can try Great Rhino Megaways, which not only features them but also offers 200,704 ways to win.
