Honestly the worst betting site I have ever used. The live chat keeps on glitching on and off so it’s hard to contact them. When I first deposited it gave me a casino bonus instead of a sports bonus and when I did finally contact them they said I should still get the sports after I had bet. Well I did my bet loses and I still haven’t received the bonus. The support is almost impossible to reach.

Awful. Website glitched and couldn’t get in for weeks so my welcome free bets expired. Then took 3 months to verify my account! Finally get verified and tried to withdraw, just to be told I needed to start the verification process again. Still waiting. Customer service less than useless in trying to help. Kept just saying be patient.

I deposited £20 as instructed by their sign up bonus advert and should've received a £50 free sports bet. Instead I received a useless £20 casino bonus which had to be played through 50 times so was essentially impossible to make a profit from as (I later discovered after playing it for ages) even roulette doesn't count towards the total staked, only boring slot machine games where the odds are massively against the player. I got so fed up after 2 hours of playing games I didn't want to play that I cancelled the bonus rather than play it out further. My £20 initial bet won turning a small profit and instead of instantly depositing the money in your bank account like every other site they are holding onto it pending verification even though they have already accepted my passport as ID. Even if I see my money again the site is so badly designed and hard to use and the payments are so slow that I will never consider using them again. I wish I never placed that bet and left the money in my bank account rather than wasting hours of my time trying to see an hour's pay again.

Very very slow withdrawals. No withdrawals get processed at weekends so if u withdraw Wednesday or Thursday u will be waiting will Monday or Tuesday. If this was improved the site would be ok if a little slow at times
