I was verified for quite sometime depositng and withdrawals neither were a problem. Then a few weeks ago I logged in and wanted to use the bonus shop and use some gold that I have collected and purchase spins, but it would not let because aparently tghere was other account associated with my name. So I was told that they would have to re verify me so they could remove the "other" account. Werll that started a process that till this minute is still not resolved , First I have provided them with enough info (personal) that they should have noe problem removing other accounts so I could at the least use my gold in the bonus shop! Mope they have not done that even and second of all I deleted my emails from previous deposits and they wanted proof of payment so I made 3 seperate deposits last week so they would have there proof of payment and I have emailed and taken screenshots of every email I recieve from MY BANK, INTERAC, AND FROM WANTED WIN CASINO (whiuch states right in there own email to me ) that they have recieved so many $$ from so they acknowledge my deposit. but for some reason this is still not good enough for them tghey keep denying everything , I have not had an issue with ant other casino including their affilliated casinos Stay, Richards, and Slotzen!!!!! and this is all because i want to spend my gold that I have collected while playing there I am not trying to withdraw anything at the moment. I understand the whole procedure and verifying procedure etc. biut to do this to a loyal player for over 3 weeks now is uncalled for it feels like they are discriminating me based on my profile !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Need less to say they have definatly made this a very negative experience for me and have more then destroyed my excitment to even want to play there or any where ever again!!!!
