Got a win just few days wait for cashout

Not bad, a little difficult with the verification process but the support team are very helpful and got me on board. Good fun games, once I was verified didn't have issues cashing out etc

They say fast withdrawals and the timing stated on withdrawal options is 1-3 days, however I’m still waiting 9 days later and keep getting told it’s 5-7 business days and it’s out of there hands now. Why not state that on your withdrawal options, it’s misleading. I’m confused as to how it can take so long given other casinos do a withdrawal instantly or within 24 hours no issues. They are blaming the payment provider saying it’s still with bank domestic for processing on day 7. I think they need a new payment provider as this is a huge deterrent to use the casino. It’s a shame because I enjoy playing in this site but if I can’t withdraw my winnings within a reasonable time I’ll obviously chose an option where a faster withdrawal actually occurs. They keep telling me my withdrawal is completed by bank transfer which is a 7 days process, I never requested a bank transfer nor do they have my acc details???
