I'm absolutely furious! I've been playing for over a week, staking more than £10,000, and after finally winning, the live chat team assured me my winnings were safe and would be paid out. While waiting for my £11,000 withdrawal, I spent another £5,000.They ask for my bank statement and proof of address. I send them everything they asked for. What do I get in return? An email saying my account has been closed and my money confiscated! Are you kidding me? Is this some kind of sick joke? I've thrown away £15,000, and now they're trying to steal my £11,000 winnings. This is daylight robbery! They blatantly stole my money, all while reassuring me that I’d be paid, just to tempt me to play more.

Absolutely scum they will do anything and ignored to not paying out your winnings. Customer services rubbish and helpless all they do copy and paste the same answer every time you trying to contact them. Save your money play somewhere else.

They don’t honour bonuses. Don’t waste your time they are collecting your data and scamming. I’m never going to log back into that site again. I verified my phone number for a bonus and they refused to honour it. Bad service on chat and email. Awful casino.

Beware!!! This company is a SCAM when you win they will not pay out. They stole over £300 from me and kept saying they had sent the funds and it was my bank that was the issue when clearly it was them making every excuse not to pay so please avoid at all costs!!!
