I’m sigh up and play with them I won some money I put deposit without any bonus. I request to withdraw money and sent all documents to verify my account after 4 days got an email saying that my account is now verified. Got an email confirming that my withdrawal is now completed but no money was reached to my bank account at all. Contacting the support live chat got same answer every time that telling me to contact KYC so I emailed to KYC they responded back saying my withdrawal is complete by their end but I not receiving any money in to my bank telling me to wait giving excuse one after another. As many reviews here that you’ll never get your winnings I guess I’m one in that group now. But if I do get my withdrawals I’ll give an update about it but very much doubt it.

I registered today from UK todau and they took my deposit. After taking my deposit was directed back to the site saying UK is banned use vpn to bypass. If I use vpn. I will never see the money again. That's what they want. Banned from site and the account balance is zero. They've taken the money. This site is a scam. They tried taking another 50 euros from my account without permission. I have alerted the fraud team from my bank and they said this has scam written all over it. Don't bother emailing them they will play around with words and not get to the point... Why would they let me put my UK address an dlet me register and message saying verification complete and let me deposit money and only to be told uk is banned. Becareful guys out there. Luckily I have video proof and screen shots. Emails are baseless. Return my money. Most likely they will send an email saying sorry to hear, it will take this long and it's not them it's the bank it takes this long for pending. Even with direct bank transfer lol etc and bullshit so they can money launder for longer. Your account will read zero forever and you will be conned. Any positive review is a paid review or they've written themselves.

I would give it -5 if I could! I had 2 bonus where I wagered the 50x and ended up with a couple hundred in my account. But rollino don’t let you keep it! They take away all the money u have left. And give u a couple quid. Biggest scam casino out there. Please don’t trust this site.

Beware if you deposit on this site even if you donot take any bonus. You have to wager your deposit. They say its because of money laundering? Even if you win on the deposit cannot withdrawn till you have waged it? No other casino I know does this? Didnot take any bonus etc. Said its my fault as it states in there rules All deposits have to be waged.

I have had a large win on this site over €100,000 and have been told I can only withdraw €500 a day! I sent all the documentation they required and was told this has been accepted via email from KYC which is there finance department. I received my first withdrawal of €500 however the last two I have tried to withdraw keeps coming back as cancelled and they are telling me I am entering my IBAN number incorrectly which I have not done I done it exactly the same way I done it before which was successful. I have emailed NUMEROUS times and have had no reply. The only person contacting me is someone called jade via WhatsApp and says she is doing all she can to see what’s going on but somethings just not sitting right! I have tried to contact them via there KYC email to discuss having the withdrawal limit increased from €500 a day as this will take me over a year to withdraw however no one is getting back to me
