Usually have a good experience on this site but I have done a withdrawal on the 15th and I’m still waiting on my winnings, I’ve never had a problem before, I’ve had no email reply’s. I finally got in touch with live help which is definitely not 24/7 and he said my withdrawal has been approved on there end even though it says in process still but still no winnings has hit my bank account. I’m getting worried and concerned now as these reviews have put me off. I’ll update if I ever get my winnings or even an email reply. Hopefully I’ll get them tomorrow at the latest as this has put me off playing especially when it’s so hard to contact someone if you have any questions or issues. The customer service and how hard it is to get in touch needs sorting out and looking into as all other casinos are pretty much there straight away and on the ball……update 18/04/25 finally got hold of live help and they have informed me that my withdrawal is stuck in process? It’s definitely been approved but is stuck in process right now and the relevant team are working on a solution? I’ll also receive an email to let me know when it’s fixed. I’ve never known a withdrawal to be stuck in process for 3 days since it’s been approved though. And as it’s been like this for 3 days and still hasn’t been fixed, it’s still quite concerning to me. Hopefully will receive an email today to let me know the problem has been resolved and fixed, and I can finally receive my winnings. Again will update if things haven’t or have been sorted…… well it is now the 22nd and nothing has been done to fix the matter at hand, I still haven’t received my withdrawal and all I’m being told by online help is that there still working on it?? Even though they have been working on it for over 4 days now, they also said I would receive an email, again all this time and not once received any email from any department about this situation, they have failed to let me know as a player of anything on this issue, and what is being done to resolve it. So unfortunately I’m going to have to take my case to gambling commission and resolver and share my case with them. I have screenshots of all the online correspondence and the different answers given to me. It’s unfortunate as I really enjoyed this site until now, but as I’ve been left wondering what is going on and happening with no real information as there customer I feel as though they aren’t really getting anywhere and are not very good at looking after there customers and piece of mind. It’s been a week now and nothing so the only option I have is to take this further, which again I didn’t want to have to but clearly is necessary.
