I urge you not to play here. 1) No customer support period. Live chat answers right away and directs all concerns to bogus emails. I have never received a response to any of my several emails. 2) They “took” $800 from me. I used my debit Mastercard to try depositing—all attempts to deposit via this method were declined. I therefore used another method to deposit. Then one day—four $200 withdrawals were taken from my bank account. I thought my card was hacked. I put a stop on this card and filed a police report. Lo and behold my casino balance was $800! And they won’t give it back. They won’t respond to my emails. 3) Good luck getting verified. I tried to withdraw that $800 and have sent a multitude of documents. Still not verified!!
