So sad as I’ve been playing for years and been winning a lot, until one day they locked my account and said they needed to check verification as it’s protocol so I was like cool But then days turned into weeks and now it’s over a month I’ve sent emails asking when my account will be open again and they’ve sent back multiple times that it’s in process and will have someone get in contact with me I also had my own account ambassador Monique and she was great but somehow no one has reached out ever since and I’ve sent so multiple emails asking why as I do have some cash back pending..I was also on LEGENARY YOO and one more stage and that’s it but my 1 star is why I rated you guys because I really enjoyed playing and withdraw had no problems until this (Wayne10)

I enjoyed the slots and the layout was clean and easy to use. The welcome bonus was nice too. But withdrawals took longer than expected, and support wasn't wasn't very quick to respont. Decent, but needs faster service.

SCAM STAY AWAY! …. If i could give this site a 0 star i would, so i first deposited on 30th april 2025, i won £170 withdraw £150, played with £20 won a further £100 , withdrew the £100, after back and forth on live chat which was absolutely useless may i add today is now 14th may 2025 and still have not received my winnings after going back and forth about documents they needed etc i have literally had to argue the toss on live chat just to get through to their manager, the other day i got told they were based in the UK and now the manager (mitch) is telling me they’re based in malta! Bit of a red flag , their communication skills are appalling, they dont do telephone contact which is a red flag, they email once every 2/3 days if your lucky, absolutely appalling casino stay well away
