I have been waiting for my withdrawal since December 1, 2024, and today is February 21, 2025—still no payment, and no updates from customer support. First, my withdrawal was delayed for over a month due to their drawn-out KYC process. Once that was completed, my withdrawal has been left pending for no reason whatsoever. To be accurate this place gets a 4.5 out of 5 .I am very pleased with my 1st experience all the way to my present . I have cashed out only 1time so far, however their cashout time was unbelievably fast as well as simple and user friendly . They offer a few extra perks after if you don't cash out from a deposit which is very appreciated and they don't take but a few minutes tops to apply these to your account. Good game selection.
