From time to time, not only goblins but also elves appear on the reels. If you land a combination of five elf symbols while playing at the maximum bet, the slot pays out a Jackpot worth x416 of that stake. It’s important to note that the combination must consist exclusively of elf symbols; any variants involving Wild symbols do not count.
Coin Drops
Golden coins are another bonus feature in Greedy Goblins. They act as Scatter symbols and are evaluated based on how many appear on the reels. To trigger a payout, at least two such coins must land. After the win is awarded, the coins drop off the reels, triggering a symbol avalanche. If new coins or winning combinations appear during the avalanche, their value is added to the total win for that spin.
Sticky Wild Reels
The wooden house is a unique symbol in Greedy Goblins. It functions as a Wild and expands to cover the entire reel, giving players the maximum number of potential winning combinations. Moreover, the symbol becomes sticky and triggers between one and three respins. This creates a strong opportunity to land additional wins from a single paid spin. Even better, each Wild triggers its respins independently, and two such symbols on the reels can award up to six respins in total, with both symbols remaining active until their respins are fully completed.
Free Spins Mode
Elfania road signs activate the free spins round. Landing 3 symbols awards 10 spins, 4 grant 15 spins, and 5 trigger 25 free spins. The key feature of this mode is the Multiplier, which can reach up to x10. This multiplier may appear on any regular symbol, and if it’s part of a winning combination, the payout is boosted accordingly. The only reward not affected by the multiplier is the Jackpot. The free spins round can be retriggered by landing additional road sign symbols.
Bonus Round
Book of Secrets symbols can land on reels 2 and 4 of the Greedy Goblins slot. When two of these symbols appear, an additional Bonus Round is triggered. During this feature, players click on different areas of the screen as goblins collect random cash rewards while searching for inspiration in an elven workshop. The round continues until a prize labeled Collect is revealed, at which point the total winnings from the bonus game are paid out.
Double Up
Another Greedy Goblins bonus is the Double Up feature, which allows players to double almost any payout, excluding wins from bonus rounds or the Jackpot. My Summary & Rating of Greedy Goblins slot
Before I launched Greedy Goblins, my favorite game in this theme was the Goblin’s Cave slot. But I’ll be honest, Betsoft completely exceeded my expectations. Thanks to the high RTP and a wide range of bonuses, I managed to score solid wins even in the base game, mainly thanks to the Wild symbol and its respins. My best win, however, came in the workshop bonus, nearly x200 my stake!
It’s also worth highlighting the animation style used by Betsoft; it truly sets the company’s games apart from the sea of generic slots. You can see the same attention to detail in Alkemor’s Tower, a slot game with a fairy-tale theme and similar bonus mechanics. As of today, these are my two favorite titles from this provider, and I’d recommend them to all players.
