I had issues with dream Vegas casino and thought I never get my money of £40 and going on live chat today and lovely frank who was very helpful and told me that he will deal with it and what he did was good because on checking my bank the money was there so quick but it was a long delay getting it from April 16th I got it and frank a nice chat host very helpful this what we need you know helpful honest chat host and pay out when we ask for our withdrawal I seen bad reviews all that got to do is fix the problem and you won't get an unhappy customer do something about the games as well something is not right with the games and constantly spinning and you get no bonus !

Signed up a few days ago, made a few deposits and won £90 made a withdrawal request, days later received and email saying it had failed and to provide evidence of my bank which i did and im still waiting for a response, after reading most of the reviews im not hopeful i will get my winnings

Carefull scam site after u loose money they will block your account and not even refund the balance u actually have and deposited real money stay away read rewiews before plaing i advise u stay awsy its a scamm site

So far the games have been quite good but it's the withdrawal process that lets this casino down I don't understand what's soo hard to just send the money yet they take it of you quick enough I've tried to go on to live chat but it just keeps crashing on me there's no reason why I shouldn't receive my withdrawal I put £20 on and withdrawn £300 yet all together I've already deposit over £300 over the months this is my first time withdrawing I've emailed them to see if I get anywhere but I doubt it, it will be the last time that I ever use this site and I will be taking it further if I don't receive my money, I'll update if anything changes Don't be a casino site if you can't pay your customers.
