On the 2nd of April after having a nice win I withdrew the majority (thank god) leaving myself with a £265 balance to continue to play another day. I logged in to my account again on the 3rd April to find my balance was zero! Absolutely baffled I looked into my deposits and withdrawals and saw the £265 balance had been withdrawn to a payment method called Revolut or something. Bare in mind not only have I never even heard of this method I have never ever used it to deposit or withdraw. I've always only ever used PayPal. I then checked my log ins and noticed someone had logged into my account not 20 minutes before via a PC again I have never logged in via a PC and have withdrawn my balance. I immediately went to the live chat and spoke to someone explained what had happened and stated he had put a block on my account and escalated the issue and someone would be I touch. Two to three days past I still hadn't heard anything so I emailed support to ask if it actually been escalated, I recieved a pretty standard reply that there was no update and asking for updated would not speed the process along. Pretty rude I though given I hadn't asked for an update, I asked if they had my issue. Nearly two weeks later I gets an email saying we have noticed some suspicious activity on your account and now need to verify my account to lift the block (are they being serious right now) I emailed back expressing as much and stated that unless my issue was sorted I didn't want my account unblocking as I no longer trusted the site. I recieved another email from someone completely different saying she understood my frustration but to continue looking into my issue they needed the verification documents. I sent them, but stated that I was appalled at their lack of security. She replied saying they blocked my account when they saw the suspicious activity, actually no, you blocked my account when I told you about the suspicious activity. How about you block withdrawals to methods never used on an account before then I wouldn't be here £265 down and currently in communications with the gambling commission. Please be careful guys! I'm questioning the security of this site

People be aware that the games at this casino aren’t real.
