Waiting to hear back from Spree on my winnings. Purchased gold coin deal and redeemed to same bank (mine). They are reviewing my redemptions due to verification issues apparently. I gave my boyfriend digital money in the winter so we could both play on our phones together conveniently, instead of trekking to an ATM, by him using my debit card, *months* ago and they/sister sites ACCEPTED the tender as legal digital cash for his purchase. We didn't read the fine print initially, but were then informed, and we stopped that practice. NOW Spree is holding my winnings, and unrelated cards are being brought up. They took our money - now they won't pay? I have followed the rules and fair is fair. Hopefully they rectify this.

The site works well... right up until you win money and then try to withdraw. I have been awaiting a redemption for more than 3 weeks, which is being held up due to issues verifying credit cards. I have submitted verification countless times following all directions. I've spoken to Live Chat countless times about this and am simply told to keep resubmitting and that there is nothing else they can do. Live Chat support keeps saying I will receive emails telling me what the issue is; I have never received a single one. There is no escalation process, no manager to talk to, and no phone line to call. Do not put your money into this place.

It’s about to be an entire month of me fighting with this casino for my redemption I have left voice mails written support and all to no avail. Even this site they have requested more information to now act as if they are going to help and don’t they are a scam they pick and choose who to cash out too and I am ready to let all gamblers know that this casino is a fraud. This was a very good service.However, my last withdrawal has been a nightmare. They have asked me to verify multiple times and have declined my withdrawal at least 2 times already. I have sent the necessary documents. More than 5 times as nothing has changed since I started using the site. They are now withdrawing from many states. And my fear is that they are keeping people's money.Be careful if you decide to use this site.
