The Phone Casino review 2025

Tbh I did ryt a good review on this casino but have since changed my mind. After having a decent win.. Mybe 4/5 months ago and have never won a thing since.. 10 pound lasts 5 mins. Not a good experience.. Not for me.....

A bit of a buggy site, but it works fine. Was all OK, until I had to pay to withdraw? Never again will I use them.. Plenty of free options

I’ve played on this site for a significant period now, mainly for the fact they have a great selection and withdrawals are instant. HOWEVER, I won a larger portion of money this time and I haven’t received my withdrawal yet. This is day 4. I have reached out to support numerous times and they advise 1-5 days, but this isn’t the case for previous withdrawals. It seems support has an AI generated response, as I read people’s reviews, they all seem quite generic. I’ll update and change my rating to 5*, if and when I receive my funds within this period. Not a happy customer right now.

FYI my review is real and im real, not AI, the phone casino are difficult to contact but they do get the job done eventually, i rate them.. UPDATE! So theyve finally accepted my id and im over the moon, withdrawl is almoat instant, so ypuve gone from a 2* to a 4* i wouldve given the 5* but ypur.offers arnt really appealing but the rest of the site im impressed with. Thabk you for sorting my issues. Have given a 2 because of the money I've won.. but although I've won amd sent in identification ie bank statements and birth certificate they've written saying isn't good enough yet its what they've asked for.. trying to call is impossible since it always takes me to an answer machine, there's no online chat service, no way to speak to customer service.. I have near £200 sitting in there with no way of withdrawing as they want Id that I've already sent.. I'd re rate if I could actually get my winnings... Edited. So.ive sent in birth certificate and bank statements which is what you've asked for.. FYI I'm actually loving this site as I've won a heafty £700 odd, I'm in shock, if only you'd look at my identification which I've sent you a few times, it says birth certificate and bank statement and I've sent them... come.on people, have got another grandchild on the way and this is a beautiful bonus to go and spoil my grandkids rotten with , help a granny get some brownie points with the kiddlywinks haha, ill gladly redo my rating to a 5 star xx xx Update. I starting to feel fobbed off since you're not acknowledging the other emails
