Pretty disappointing, welcome bonus leaves alot to be desired, Basically no wins on all 1st deposit cash,as well as all bonus cash from offer, extremely difficult to get a win or wager bonus cash, Advertised 3 days in newbie room(bingo Academy) but fails to mention that the games in the room only play with 3 or more people, so if your unlucky like me,and there is not 2 other people new to the site when you deposit, you barley get a game to play in there, basically got to play hardly any games, as was usually just 2 people so the game just cancels, would be great if the room played but I tried all three days I could and played next to no times really, Would have been good if it did play as would have got a chance to bonus cash to explore the difficult to win bingo, Spoke with Alina P on support, nice, friendly, Polite and helpful and got my questions answered quickly, and gave me a goodwill gesture that was more fun the the welcome bonus haha, Don't see me becoming a regular unfortunately Cheers
